Deposits/payments will be required on the day of your first appointment to confirm/reserve your suit choices for your wedding date on a first come first served basis.
We recommend that the Groom, Bride and possibly the Best Man come in first and take their time trying different suits and accessories so you can see exactly how you will look on the big day.
Leave it to us! We can then book the other members of the party and leave you stress-free to arrange the rest of your special day. (Hires will need to be paid before other party members can be booked in and measurements kept on file)
A second fitting will be arranged nearer to the event date to re check sizes. We will do our best to accommodate any changes from the first fitting but cannot guarantee stock availability.
A final fitting of your allocated suit will be offered on the week of the scheduled collection date. If you do not wish to try on one last time we cannot be responsible for any issues after the items have been collected.
We do stock a limited range of shirts and neckwear accessories; pre-orders will be required by deposit on the day of the first styling appointment to guarantee your sizes and custom accessory selection will arrive in time for your special occasion.
A Self-measurement form is provided for overseas members of your wedding party as a guide of sizes required for us until they can visit for a fitting.
For group bookings Proof of address and ID will be required of the member making the reservation.
If the event date is more than 6 weeks away cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee which will be charged, and the balance will be refunded via the same method as paid.
Samantha Rose Suit Hire’s merchandise must be returned on the day agreed on your receipt.
We reserve the right to charge a penalty fee of one extra day of suit hire for every day the suit remains out for any late returns.
An extended return date can be arranged upon booking with discounted extra day hire fees applied.
If Hired clothing/suits/merchandise is returned damaged, beyond repair or lost, the client will be charged the full retail value price of the item.
