A non-refundable deposit instalment is required to place the initial order and secure exclusivity of that particular gown for the day and school as noted below.
The remaining balance is to be paid the following month on the date stated on the receipt. Failing to do so may result in the gown being dispatched at a later date than originally given. Dresses will not be dispatched unless paid for in full.
A contract between Samantha Rose and the customer begins when the first installment has been received, therefore cancellations of any items including accessories will be non refundable.
The price includes, 3 fitting appointments, gown bag, steaming service, carriage, duty and basic alterations (no personal customizations) as mentioned below.
Hem and basic alterations are included in the price only. Any other personal specific alteration requirements or replacements due to changes in size than originally ordered are the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure that our professional team and seamstress can provide the best service possible we allow only 2 members plus child only per fitting appointment. Any extra guests will be asked to wait outside of the showroom.
Cancellations or no shows to pre booked seamstress appointments may result in the gown alterations not being completed
Any accessories must be paid in full at the time of dress to order guarantee availability. We cannot guarantee styles will be available or hold items for purchase at a later date.
The goods ordered will be scheduled for arrival with time to prepare for alterations in relation to the required date the customer specifies on this form. In the case of a variation of date the customer will be liable for express carriage charges.

Once the goods have arrived alterations shall commence immediately and on completion collected from the showroom. We cannot postpone fittings, hold or store gowns until a later date.
The cleanliness of goods is the sole responsibility of the customer after being checked and signed for. Samantha Rose will not accept responsibility for soiled garments after being signed for and tried on.
In the event of any articles not arriving or of different description to goods ordered Samantha Rose shall refund all payments made by the customer.
